mso lion prose
РУССКИЙ
УКРАЇНСЬКА
I am mso, and I really like lionesses and lions. I write prose about them, novels and stories, all that stuff. There is also a graph of it all in Roam: click the thing in the upper left and you can explore it. I am also on ficbook and DEVIANTART.
The originals are written in Russian, but two texts from anthro cycle are translated to English. Currently not all my prose is translated into English, as there is quite a lot of it, however "Sacred Arrow", as well as "Rainbow of Blood" are translated (see links below).
Also you can see art gallery HERE.
- Zoomorphic (feral) prose — a cycle in the world of lions, the aesthetics of which are inspired by The Lion King. If you like TLK, and would like to read something inspired by it, then try it; be open-minded, and maybe it will work out well.
- 1. "Countenance of Fate" (~2007-2008) (Russian, not yet translated to English) The first novel, and the opening of the zoomorphic cycle about the Union. The story of Shaana, a shamani. Pictured below: Narra (left), Shellie (right).

- 2. "Tale of Lioness Amali" (~2008-2009) (Russian, not yet translated to English) A small interlude, nothing complicated: a tale about a lioness named Amali.
- 3. "We Will Die Together" (~2009) (Russian, not yet translated to English) A little about love.
- 4. "Fatalle and Yulassi" (~2009) (Russian, not yet translated to English) A free shamani comes to one of the Union's prides. There's more to it.
- 5. "Dream and Drama" (~2010) (Russian, not yet translated to English) Love again. This one is bright at heart.
- 6. "Under the Huntress Moon" (~2011) (Russian, not yet translated to English) About Aratta, a shamani. This one is dark at heart.
- 7. "Shadow of the Shamani" (~2011-2012) (Russian, not yet translated to English) The novel that closes the cycle about the Union. Pictured below: two Vaal-Suungs (or volsungs, as the Union lions called them). More precisely, two Ashai-Keetrah priestesses: the mentor (left) and her disciple (right). Yes, you read that right — the Suungs and the Ashai-Keetrah make their first appearance in the zoomorphic cycle.

- Anthro prose — a cycle in the world of anthropomorphic lions and lionesses. In the Suung Empire there is an order of lioness-priestesses called Ashai-Keetrah. If you like anthro lions and lionesses (especially priestess-lionesses of an peculiar religion, if Vaalism can be called such at all), or anthro felines in general, then you risk to like it. Who knows where all this will lead. I know that at first the prose will resemble a computer game where one forgot to add an interface and you have to guess the mechanics; and sometimes it will remind you of a love letter written in bureaucratic language, but still a love letter; in short, everything will be fine in the end. And if it won't be, don't believe it, because it will be.
- 1. "Dreamwalking" (2012-2015) (Russian, not yet translated to English) A disciplara, that is, an acolyte of Ashai-Keetrah Order, found a dangerous book. First novel of the anthro cycle. Not translated yet.
- 2. "Rainbow of Blood" (2020) EPUB Read online (ENGLISH TRANSLATION, done 2026) A young lion met a young lioness who turned out to be a disciple of the Mistress of Life, that is, that Ashai-Keetrah who is engaged in midwifery and eugenics.
- 3. "Sacred Arrow" (2021-2025) EPUB Read online (ENGLISH TRANSLATION, done 2025) About the Messengers — those lionesses of the Ashai-Keetrah order who practice the Craft: transmitting Messages in dreams over any distances. Last update: Nov 15, 2025

- 4th novel: in process
- Translations. Various translations.
- "Leonid Saga" (2012-2015) (Russian) (fifth part of Chronicles of the Pride Lands, which are well known to all TLK fans, authors: John Burkitt, David Morris)
